Job Description

The Data Operations Analyst is a key member of the Data Health Operations team in supporting the efforts of Blackbauds data quality initiative. The analyst will research to ensure Salesforce.com data quality and completeness of all records matched, added, or updated through adherence to established validation methods and standards.

What youll do:

  • Manage the completion of Data Health Operations Requests within the guidelines of service level agreements (SLAs) established with business stakeholders
  • Create all newly requested prospect accounts in Blackbauds Salesforce.com database while ensuring adherence to Blackbaud account quality standards.
  • Perform account merges within Blackbauds Salesforce.com database off all duplicate accounts discovered by internal sources and third-party vendors.
  • Manual review of new accounts unable to be located by third-party vendors before mass account loads are completed.
  • Manual review of Blackbaud accounts currently missing quality data fields.
  • Perform internet research to complete account data clean-up efforts based on current data health projects.
  • Assist on any other data health projects that are identified by the manager.

What youll bring:

  • Experience using Salesforce.com is preferred but not required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Accurate data entry skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Process-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
