Required Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA Experience

  : Proven experience in end-to-end data migration for SAP S/4HANA projects.  

• Migration Cockpit

  : Strong proficiency in the SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC) for managing data objects and migration processes.  

• LTMOM

  : Experience customizing migration objects using LTMOM.  

• Data Management

  : Extensive experience with data management activities, including extraction, transformation, and loading.  

• Domain Knowledge

  : Experience with data migration for core SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM).  

• Technical Skills

  : Knowledge of other SAP ETL tools (like SAP Data Services or LSMW) and data validation techniques can be beneficial.  

• Soft Skills

  : Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.  

• Migration Strategy & Design:

   Work with clients and functional teams to define the data migration approach, identify data objects for migration, and create data migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA.  

• Tool Proficiency:

   Utilize SAP Migration Cockpit, accessed through the LTMC transaction, for data migration tasks.  

• Customization:

   Configure and extend migration objects in LTMOM (a component of the Migration Cockpit) to accommodate specific project requirements and add new fields.  

• Data Preparation & Loading:

   Design and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, including creating and populating template files for migration objects.  

• Data Validation & Cleansing:

   Perform pre-load and post-load validation, advise on data cleansing requirements, and coordinate data validation exercises.  

• Collaboration:

   Liaise with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure successful data migration.  

• Execution & Support:

   Execute migration dress rehearsals, perform cutover activities, and provide post-go-live support.  

• Documentation:

   Create technical specification documents and other project-related documentation.
