Job Description

Data Management and Quality

The Data Manager will have a strong command over data wrangling and data storytelling.
Address and solve data quality issues through automated updates or manual information updates into KYC source systems or by uplifting data into designated platforms.
Source data from a variety of sources like core banking systems to combine, synthesize, and analyze to improve data quality.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to ensure that the in-scope issues are accurately rectified and meet business requirements.

Data Analysis and Remediation Tools

Good knowledge and experience with tools for data analysis & data remediation (e.g., Excel, KYC platforms, reporting tools Power BI, KNIME).

Continuous Improvement & Change

Understands, accepts, and supports the need for change and adapts own behaviors to changing circumstances and provides input to change projects.

Problem Solving

Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem-solving techniques.

Data Understanding

Understanding of the depth & breadth of data - Some capabilities to source, join, and derive insights from disparate data sources across several domains.
