Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documents in both digital and physical formats.
  • Prepare and generate reports as required by the management.
  • Assist in data collection, compilation, and analysis for various projects.
  • Handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to obtain or clarify data.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35–40 wpm preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (scanner, printer, copier).
