Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and data entry software, possess strong typing skills, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all data handled.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Generate reports and assist with basic data analysis.
Manage and organize both digital and physical records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data consistency.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Typing speed: Minimum 40 WPM with high accuracy.
Candidates near Kandivali West preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
