Job Description

 

1. Data-Driven Engagement Strategy:

  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., attrition rates, survey results, performance data) to identify engagement gaps and opportunities.
  • Define projects and initiatives that address these insights and improve workplace satisfaction.

2. Employee Engagement Retention:

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs, including recognition initiatives, RR (Rewards Recognition), and well-being interventions.
  • Partner with departments across functions to co-create people solutions that enhance retention and organizational stickiness.
  • Lead and facilitate regular 1:1 meetings at scale to understand employee concerns and needs.

3. Feedback Loops Survey Management:

  • Develop, launch, and manage employee surveys (e.g., engagement, pulse checks).
  • Analyze findings and translate feedback into actionable recommendations.
  • Close the loop by communicating results and impact to stakeholders and driving follow-up actions.

4. Continuous Improvement Culture Building:

  • Identify gaps in employee experience and propose proactive solutions.
  • Encourage managers to conduct regular check-ins and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.
  • Engage employees through recognition, appreciation, and feedback-driven programming, helping sustain motivation and productivity.

5. Project Management Communication:

  • Act as a central point of coordination for engagement initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop and manage project plans, communicate updates, and oversee execution.
  • Present findings, strategies, and impact reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in employee engagement, HR analytics, or organizational development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and hierarchical levels.
  • Experience in conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and attrition analysis.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and analytics tools is a plus.
