Job Description We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing data models for OLTP and OLAP systems. Skill / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 6+ experience in data modelling for OLTP and OLAP systems. Strong knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling techniques. Hands-on experience with indexing, partitioning, and data sharding. Understanding of database performance variables and optimization techniques. Proficiency in using data modelling tools, preferably DBSchema. Experience with GCP databases like AlloyDB, CloudSQL, and BigQuery. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Functional knowledge of the mutual fund industry. Job Responsibilities Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for OLTP and OLAP systems. Optimize database performance through indexing, partitioning, and data sharding strategies. Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of database systems for near-real-time reporting and application interactions. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data models. Work with GCP databases such as AlloyDB, CloudSQL, and BigQuery to design and implement data solutions. Utilize data modelling tools such as DBSchema to create and maintain database schemas.
