About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to join our team. This role is designed for students or early-career professionals who are eager to learn how to transform raw data into meaningful insights, while also gaining hands-on experience in email marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.
• Assist in designing A/B tests, customer segmentation, and campaign tracking.
• Support email marketing efforts by:
• Monitoring campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
• Preparing performance reports and suggesting data-driven improvements.
• Analyzing subscriber behavior and engagement trends to optimize campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Excel, SQL, or Python/R.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
