Data Analyst - Tableau & Analytics - GCS Opex CoE

As a member of the GCS Opex CoE team, you will play a key role in driving consistent Opex reporting through Tableau Dashboards. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering Tableau Dashboard solutions, connecting data from different sources, ensuring deadlines are met, driving process transformation, and collaborating with stakeholders across different teams. Your analytical skills, ability to handle high-pressure environments, and proficiency in Tableau Desktop will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver Tableau Dashboard solutions to visualize data effectively - Lead the publishing of detailed Opex results within GCS Opex Dashboard for Senior Leadership - Connect data from various sources into the visualization tool - Ensure deadlines are met and maintain controls over processes - Drive process transformation through innovation and automation - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to optimize output and reporting capabilities - Ensure risk governance with evolving AXP Control framework - Flexibility to operate across different time zones and shifts Qualifications Required: - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop Certified Professional, Tableau Developer, Tableau Prep - Ability to handle high-pressure environments with aggressive deadlines - Proficiency in Tableau Desktop/ Power BI for building Dashboards and Reports - Knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python) for advanced analytics & Tableau integration - 2-3 years of experience in Tableau Dashboard/Power BI & Data Analytics processes - Academic background in B.
