Job Summary We are looking for a Data Analyst who will turn raw data into actionable insights that inform business decisions. The ideal candidate loves working with data, has strong analytical skills, and can communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, third-party sources) ensuring data quality and integrity. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (KPI reports, operational dashboards) to monitor business performance. Use SPSS IBM (or equivalent) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, write complex queries, joins, aggregations, etc. Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements, translate into metrics and analytical deliverables. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions. Provide recommendations to improve processes based on data insights. Ensure documentation of datasets, data pipelines, reports, analytical methodologies. Possibly support modelling / predictive analytics tasks (depending on experience). Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Experience: Typically 0-3years (adjustable) in a data analytics / BI / reporting role. Strong proficiency in SQL ,PYTHON,SPSS,TABLUE,POWER BI for querying relational databases. Good experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar. Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, data cleaning etc.). Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (Python / R) is a plus. Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes. Ability to think analytically, interpret data; strong problem-solving mindset. Good communication skills; ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/prioritize work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹630,000.00 per year
