Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Translate data findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven solutions.
• Support data governance and ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using scripts or analytics tools.
• Present findings to management through visualizations, reports, and presentations.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
