Job Description

Location: Navi Mumbai - TurbheDuration: 3-month internship

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst Intern to assist in managing our daily sales and operations data. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams and SPOCs to ensure timely and accurate data collection, updating and maintaining tracking sheets, and supporting management with dashboards and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily sales, operations, and logistics tracking sheets in Excel and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with regional and functional SPOCs to ensure all required data is collected on time.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and consistency checks across datasets.
Generate summary reports, charts, and insights for weekly and monthly performance reviews.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management reporting.
Support creation and automation of basic dashboards and KPI trackers.
Assist in ad-hoc data requests and operational performance analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (completed)- Statistics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Analytics.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookup functions, charts, data cleaning).
Working knowledge of PowerPoint for report preparation.
Good communication and coordination skills for cross-team interaction.
Attention to detail, data accuracy, and time management.
(Optional but preferred) Knowledge of Google Data Studio / Power BI / Tableau for dashboarding.

Stipend / Duration

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Duration: 3 months
Start Date: Immediately
