Position Overview

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  interactive Power BI dashboards

  that deliver actionable insights for business functions (Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, etc.).
• Build

  machine learning models

  (classification, regression, forecasting) to provide predictive and prescriptive insights.
• Use

  Microsoft Fabric workspace

  or

  Azure Synapse Analytics

  for data preparation, integration, modeling, and performance optimization.
• Automate data flows and reporting processes using

  Power Automate

  for efficiency and real-time updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure

  data governance, quality, and security

  compliance in all deliverables.
• Continuously optimize dashboards, reports, and pipelines for scalability and performance.
• Stay updated on latest developments in

  Power Platform, Azure, and advanced analytics tools

  to propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

• 3–4 years of experience

  in data analytics, BI development, or similar roles.
• Hands-on expertise in

  Power BI

  (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, performance tuning).
• Experience in

  machine learning / predictive modeling

  using Python, R, or Azure ML.
• Strong working knowledge of

  Microsoft Fabric

  and/or

  Azure Synapse

  for data integration and analytics.
• Experience with

  Power Automate

  for workflow automation and data refresh processes.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, transformation, and optimization.
• Good understanding of

  data warehousing, ETL, and data pipelines

  .
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or other cloud-based data engineering tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines for BI/ML projects

  .
• Knowledge of

  statistical techniques

  and time-series forecasting.
• Exposure to

  ERP / CRM data

  (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
