Role Overview: As a Senior Data Analyst / Data Analytics Specialist at EXL Services, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL. Your expertise will be instrumental in performing in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing classification and regression models, creating interactive dashboards using Tableau, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL. - Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business decision-making. - Develop classification and regression models for predictive analytics projects. - Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. - Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and reliability. - Translate business needs into analytic solutions and actionable outcomes. - Present complex findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of data practices, processes, and documentation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - 4+ years of proven experience in a data analyst or similar data analytics role. - Strong hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, and Tableau. - Solid understanding and experience with machine learning techniques, especially classification and regression algorithms. - Prior experience or knowledge in the banking or financial services domain is highly preferred, especially in Home Equity Banking. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.,
