Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our growing analytics team. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong foundational knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and are eager to start their career in data analytics. Willing to sign a contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL queries.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
Perform basic statistical analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and define reporting requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in reporting.
Document data processes, logic, and business rules clearly.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of SQL (Joins, Subqueries, Aggregations, etc.).
Hands-on project or academic experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have (Optional):

Exposure to Python/R for data analysis.
Understanding of data modeling or basic ETL processes.
Knowledge of business KPIs or domain-specific reporting (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance).
