Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for Data Analyst(s) with strong Asset Management Domain knowledge in India to work on our team.

Data Analysis Duties

Translate business requirements into detailed data requirements for developers to implement
Analyze data from the source systems to determine fit for purpose to meet the target system requirements
Document data flows through mapping document and diagrams
Prepare and execute data test cases
Conduct data validations to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and to identify data gaps and quality issues
Define data quality rules

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a business system analyst, data analyst and project manager in data and analytics
Solid understanding of asset management data flows and concepts such portfolio accounting, transfer agency, custody, investment performance
Technical proficiency with Excel, Snowflake SQL and data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Understanding of data governance and data quality concepts a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in an agile development environment a plus
