D2C Manager (Own Website)

You will be joining a leading D2C brand in Gurgaon as a Growth Manager. In this role, you will have a wide range of responsibilities aimed at driving revenue and growth for the company. Your main focus will be on owning monthly metrics such as GMV, AOV, and CVR, and strategizing to enhance topline and profitability. Your duties will also include leading website optimization efforts by improving UI/UX, navigation flows, landing pages, and site speed performance in collaboration with tech and design teams. You will be responsible for on-site merchandising, managing product visibility, content updates, category performance, and implementing upsell/cross-sell strategies. Collaborating closely with the performance marketing team, you will ensure alignment between on-site landing experiences and campaigns across various paid channels like Meta and Google. Additionally, you will drive post-purchase engagement, reviews, loyalty, and repeat orders through email/SMS automations and personalized nudges using platforms such as Klaviyo and WebEngage. As part of your role, you will plan and execute promotions and campaigns, ensuring a seamless user journey from ad click to checkout. You will utilize Shopify analytics and heatmaps to identify areas for improvement and work closely with logistics, customer service, and product ops teams to guarantee a smooth customer experience from discovery to delivery. To excel in this role, you should ideally have 3-5 years of D2C experience in a consumer brand, with a preference for home, lifestyle, or cookware backgrounds. Proficiency in Shopify and tools like Hotjar and Klaviyo is essential. A keen eye for aesthetics, experience in UI/UX improvements, and familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, funnel metrics, and landing page psychology are highly valued. Moreover, cross-functional experience collaborating with marketing, design, tech, and supply chain teams is crucial. Strong copy and content instincts, along with the ability to brief creatives and write/edit content, would be considered a bonus.,
