Cypress Automation QA

You will be working as a Cypress Tester with a minimum experience of 5 years. The location for this position is Hyderabad, and it requires you to work from the office during the evening shift. Immediate joiners with strong communication skills are preferred for this role. Your responsibilities will include automation testing using Cypress. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts. Additionally, you will write reusable test code and create custom commands in Cypress to enhance efficiency. As a Cypress Tester, you will collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA team members to understand requirements and define test strategies. You will create detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts for web-based applications. Your tasks will involve performing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. You will be required to analyze test results, report defects, and work closely with developers to address issues. It is essential to monitor test execution and ensure high test coverage. To excel in this role, you must stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Cypress and other testing tools. You will be expected to suggest and implement enhancements to existing automation frameworks and processes. Furthermore, you will need to provide comprehensive test reports and maintain documentation of test activities. Your active participation in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, will be essential for effective collaboration and reporting.
