Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cybersecurity Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and best practices, along with a strong ability to explain complex security concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on Cybersecurity concepts, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, and Information Security.
• Design and update course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct hands-on labs, simulations, and real-world case studies.
• Guide students through practical cybersecurity tools and techniques.
• Evaluate learners’ performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, tools, and vulnerabilities.
• Mentor and support learners from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Skills & Expertise Required:

• Strong understanding of Network Security, Web Application Security, Ethical Hacking, and Penetration Testing.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Kali Linux, etc.
• Knowledge of Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Cryptography, and Security Policies.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, Vulnerability Assessment, and Incident Response.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Cybersecurity.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer or Mentor (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.) are a plus.
