Cybersecurity Project Manager

Work Description:

•       5 days a week at Site, No Remote & Hybrid

•       Location: Bangalore (Near Kadubeesanahalli)

Key Responsibilities:

•       Bachelors degree/ Diploma

•       10+ years of proven & relevant experience in project management, with a minimum of 3-5 years focused on security projects (cybersecurity, OS Vulnerabilities, compliance, etc.).

•       Strong understanding of security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, access control.

•       Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

•       Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

•       Experience in Platform technologies preferred e.g. Windows, Linux, Network, Active Directory, Applications, etc.

•       Strong in People & Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

•       Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

•       Self-starter with high accountability and a results-driven mindset.

•       Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

•       Lead end-to-end security project management for security initiatives (e.g., cybersecurity upgrades, risk assessments, physical security installations, compliance projects).

•       Prepare, Plan & Drive Project plan to avoid smooth execution of security Projects.

•       Track project progress, report on performance, and evaluate project outcomes. 

•       Define & Drive project scope, oversees goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

•       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, legal, HR, and vendors.

•       Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and vendor coordination & relationships.

•       Monitor & Oversees security project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.

•       Ensure projects comply with security regulations, standards, and internal policies.

•       Prepare and deliver regular status reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly) and project documentation to stakeholders.

•       Provide technical expertise in various security projects mainly on implementation, deployment, etc.

•       Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic security landscape. 

•       Preference certified on ITIL, CISSP, PMP/Project Management
