In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of security work and the implementation of changes that lead to tangible benefits in terms of Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF), key controls, and safeguarding BT Group. The role is integral to safeguarding BT Group's brand, reputation, and continuity of operations, protecting critical national infrastructure from threat actors, including nation states. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of skilled cyber security practitioners to implement new security controls and enhancements, ensuring alignment of delivery work with the overall strategy, developing Agile business cases in collaboration with stakeholders, prioritizing work for maximum impact, overseeing end-to-end delivery of epics, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, financial forecasting, risk and issue management, change management, embedding delivery changes within the operational organization, measuring operational effectiveness, realizing benefits, and providing reporting to key stakeholders. To excel in this role, you are expected to have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in leading complex, high-value IT deliveries, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and a track record of successful Agile delivery. Additionally, a degree or equivalent qualification/experience, experience in leading complex cyber security deliveries, knowledge of cyber assessment frameworks, cyber risk management, and managing significant budgets are preferred qualifications.
