JD:

Mandatory Skills

Core Go Language Skills

Strong understanding of Go fundamentals (goroutines, channels, concurrency patterns, interfaces, structs, slices, maps).
Experience writing clean, idiomatic, and performant Go code.
Solid understanding of memory management, garbage collection, and profiling in Go.

Backend Architecture & Development

Experience building scalable, high-performance RESTful or gRPC microservices.
Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, etc.).
Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts (caching, load balancing, rate limiting, etc.).

API & Data Handling

Hands-on experience designing and building APIs.
Comfort working with databases Familiarity with NoSQL
Ability to write efficient queries, optimize schema, and handle migrations.

Good To Have Skills:

Experience deploying and running services in cloud environments
Knowledge working with Python
Good Communication Skills
