Shift Timings:

• For Female Candidates: Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• For Male Candidates: Between 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Midnight)
• Day rotational shifts

Qualification:

• Any Graduate
• Fresher or Experienced candidates are welcome

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Hindi is compulsory
• Good communication skills are essential

Assessment Criteria:

• Versant Level 4 (voice assessment)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to fraud risk management
• Verify suspicious activities or transactions reported on customer accounts
• Record and document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department
• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with Flipkart’s fraud policies
