Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will communicate with customers, understand pain points, needs and wants, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include problem-solving, offering product support, and working closely with the technical team to address customer needs effectively.


Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills -

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction focus

- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

- Experience in the technology or marketing industry is a plus
