Customer Support & Operations Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our customer support team at Fastrental India Pvt Ltd. Jaipur Office.

Female Candidate Preferred with any bachelor degree.

This role involves helping customers with inquiries and concerns about renting vehicles, ensuring their rental experience goes smoothly. This job typically combines problem-solving skills, customer service, and knowledge of the company's rental policies and fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Inquiries & Assistance:

• Answer calls, emails, and messages regarding booking, availability, and terms.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection based on their needs (e.g., size, type, features).
• Assist with payment processing, refunds, and billing inquiries.
• Help customers understand any extra charges or fees, such as late return fees or additional fees.
• Gather feedback from customers about their rental experience.
• Collaborate with management to improve services based on customer feedback.

Skills Required:

• Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication to deal with diverse customer needs.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate reservation details, billing, and vehicle status.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Patience & Empathy: Helping customers calmly even when issues arise, ensuring a positive experience.
• Multitasking: Managing multiple customer queries or reservations at once without compromising service quality.

CTC:

12,000-15,000/month.

Timings:

Monday to Saturday: 10 am to 6.30 pm
