Logistics Intern Customer Service

Logistics Intern

Responsibilities

Assist in tracking shipments and updating customers on delivery status
Respond to customer inquiries related to logistics and order fulfillment
Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries
Help resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and customer interactions
Support process improvement initiatives in logistics and customer service
Prepare reports and documentation as needed

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
