Job DescriptionKannada Customer Service Executive

  • Eligibility Criteria
  • Age: 18 – 35 years
  • Qualification:
  • 12th Pass
  • Diploma OR
  • 10th + 2 years of ITI
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation & handling skills
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 20 WPM with 80% accuracy
  • Key Responsibilities Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints via inbound & outbound calls.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined timelines.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professional communication.
  • Record interactions and update customer details in the system.
  • Shift Timings:
  • 9-hour day shift between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including 1-hour break)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
