Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, provide information about products/services, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role is similar to a Telecaller profile with added responsibilities of after-sales support, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound customer calls, respond to queries, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer records by updating databases with the latest details.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending queries, payments, or services.
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally, ensuring resolution.
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, service) to resolve issues.

• Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
• Target-oriented with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience as a Telecaller / Customer Service Executive preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
