Position name: Customer Support Executive/Call Centre Executive ( Bengali language)

Job location: Wadala, Mumbai

Job type: Permanent

Timing: Day Shift (9:30AM-6:30PM)

Salary: Best in the industry / Not a constraint for the right candidate

Brief role: ( Bengali speaking is must )

  • It’s an office based & Desk job
  • Handling incoming calls / emails in your regional language.
  • Providing necessary information to the company employees working in rural/Semi urban/urban area of your native state
  • Call Logging, Service Booking, Customer support
  • Resolving queries
  • Forwarding the queries to the concerned department for solutions.
  • Coordination
  • Grievance management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
