Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Work Mode: Work From Office

Customer Support roles

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience: Freshers and Experienced (6 months+ preferred)

Communication: Good proficiency in Hindi and English

Assessment: Versant Level 3 or 4 (as per role)

Salary Details:

Freshers: ₹14,000 – ₹16,750 (Take Home)

Experienced: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 (Take Home)

Additional Incentives based on performance

Work Schedule:

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational / Fixed (depending on process)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently

Resolve queries and provide accurate information

Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality

Follow company process, compliance, and communication standards

Update customer details and document interactions

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication

Good customer handling and problem-solving ability

Basic computer and typing knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
