Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and assist international customers with professionalism and empathy
• Manage client accounts, appointments, and ongoing communications
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in CRM systems
• Provide timely follow-ups, collect feedback, and ensure issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience
• Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in

  Customer Service or Sales support roles

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency (CRM tools, spreadsheets, email handling, etc.)
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay organised in a remote work setup
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
