Job Title: Client Specialist / Customer Support Executive (SaaS Product)

Location: Vadodara (On-site )

Shift: EST Timezone (Evening Shift)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Specialist / Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic SaaS team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers — helping them understand, adopt, and maximize the value of our software solutions. Your mission is to ensure a seamless customer experience by resolving issues, providing product guidance, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, and calls, delivering timely and accurate responses.

Provide product support and guide clients through technical features, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Assist clients during onboarding and ensure successful implementation of the SaaS platform.

Understand client needs and communicate feedback to the product and development teams to enhance user experience.

Track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets efficiently while maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.

Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent service and proactive support.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and document support processes.

Collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless client communication.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in customer support, client success, or account management (preferably in SaaS).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner.

Experience with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or live chat software is a plus.

Customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and attention to detail.
