About PropFlo :

PropFlo is an AI-powered CRM built exclusively for the real estate industry, designed to help developers, brokers, and agents streamline their entire sales lifecycle. From lead management and customer engagement to deal closures and renewals, PropFlo enables real estate professionals to manage their operations more efficiently, improve customer experiences, and drive revenue growth.

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Lead who can strengthen client relationships, ensure seamless onboarding, and maximize adoption of PropFlo, while leading a team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Lead client onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of PropFlo.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and Client expectations.
  • Drive product adoption by training clients, conducting workshops, and sharing best practices.
  • Communicate product releases and feature updates effectively to clients.
  • Ensure client retention, renewals, and expansion by driving measurable value.
  • Leverage real estate domain expertise to understand client needs and work flows.
  • Manage and mentor a small team to deliver outstanding client success outcomes.

Requirements :

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.
  • Strong background in the real estate industry, with knowledge of the complete sales cycle.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, drive adoption, and ensure renewals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior team management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
