Customer Success Associate

Position: Customer Success Associate (WFO)

Qualification: Graduates & Undergraduates — both eligible

Skillset: Excellent communication skills in English

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with a healthcare background will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

Working Days & Shifts:

• 5 days working with rotational week-offs
• Rotational shifts

Two-way cab facility available (for hiring zones only)

Versant Level: C1

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications effectively.
• Provide timely resolution to customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain service quality standards as per company requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
