Customer Solution Design Analyst

Role Overview: As a Customer Solutions Design Analyst, your main responsibility will be to assist in creating end-to-end technical designs and solutions that align with customer requirements. You will play a crucial role in translating customer technical needs into solution designs following standard methodologies. Your contributions will be vital in supporting customer solution design engagement, including statement of work creation and 3rd party deliverables. Additionally, you will be involved in reviewing and validating new developments, managing customer migration planning, change management, and ensuring that designs adhere to architectural principles and policies. Your role will also include collaborating with various parties in the project lifecycle to determine the best solution design for customers and implementing improvements in working processes within the customer solution design area. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in capturing customer technical requirements and translating them into solution designs - Support customer solution design engagement, including statement of work creation and managing 3rd party deliverables - Review and validate new developments and in-life products and services - Assist in customer migration planning and implementation - Provide support in change management, including impact assessments and design documentation updates - Ensure that designs comply with architectural principles and policies - Collaborate with project lifecycle parties to determine the optimum solution design for customers - Assist in resolving standard solution and service issues, conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting - Implement ways to enhance working processes within the customer solution design area Qualifications Required: - Troubleshooting skills - Business strategy knowledge - Ability to present and demonstrate effectively - Proficiency in requirements analysis and gathering - Experience in root cause analysis - Strong negotiation skills - Commercial acumen - Business analysis expertise - Solution design capability - Familiarity with technology migration - Experience in proposal development - Knowledge of solution architecture - Good decision-making abilities - Growth mindset - Inclusive leadership qualities,
