Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working night shifts (US hours) from office
Basic computer proficiency
Good typing Speed.
Good Communication Skill.
Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality
