Job Description

  • Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
  • Resolving issues that arise concerning the delivery of our services
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Scheduling appointments for our clients
  • Maintaining and tracking clients' service records
  • Maintain and update day to day service & installation calls
  • Allocating Service Technicians and coordinate with customer to resolve the product issue
  • Emails to OEM service manager and customer care team on behalf of customer and make the issue resolves

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
