Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative

Role & responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about services and policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Process orders, applications, forms, and requests accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets (response time,resolution rate, satisfaction score).
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and customer service practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in matrimonial industry.
  • Multilingual abilities for diverse customer support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and resilience under pressure.
