Role & responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance targets
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management as needed

Preferred candidate profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (preferably international voice process).
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
