Infofix Computers is looking for a Customer Service Assistant for our Service department to handle all queries. Maintaining a coordination between the firm and customers. The candidate have to handle CRM software, regular calls and messages of the customers.
The candidate must be responsible, adaptive and proactive. The candidate must have good communication skill in both Hindi & Bengali.
Qualification: Any Graduate in any field.
Experience: 1 year or more (Freshers can also apply)
*Male candidate is most preferrable for this job.
