Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Caller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote home loan products.
  • Clearly explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable loan products.
  • Maintain follow-up with interested prospects to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion rates.
  • Update call records, leads, and follow-up details in CRM.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in

    home loan sales

    or similar banking/financial product telecalling.
  • Fluency in

    English

    and

    Hindi

    ;

    Gujarati

    language skills preferred.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of home loan processes and eligibility criteria.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
