Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving repeat business for the company. The role involves handling client queries, designing customized travel solutions, coordinating with internal teams (operations, sales, and reservations), and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).

• Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, and tourism trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in travel/tourism.
• Familiarity with North East India destinations (Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
