Customer Quality & Complaint Handling

1 Quality and ISO Leadership Across all Locations (Company)

Lead, monitor, and coordinate Quality Control activities across all India locations (plants & warehouses)

Implement and enforce the company s Zero Quality Rejection strategy

Build strong coordination with Marketing, Plant, and Warehouse teams to minimize rejections and disputes

Ensure all product-related documentation, including MSDS (Domestic & International versions), customer-required documents, and compliance certificates, are updated and readily available in line with regulatory and client expectations

2 Incoming & Outgoing Material Control

Establish and implement clear SOPs for both incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods

Ensure strict acceptance/rejection authority levels are followed

Monitor truck loading/dispatch QC, including late evening dispatch checks to prevent process deviations

Maintain Master Samples and Laboratory Sample Registers as per customer requirements.

3 In-Process & Warehouse Quality Management

Oversee routine in-process quality checks (crushing, grinding, blending, particle size, chemical balance, etc.).

Implement deviation handling SOPs with corrective and preventive actions

Ensure warehouses follow proper storage, handling, FIFO/LIFO practices, and periodic stock inspections

4 Supplier Quality & Audit Control

Conduct supplier audits with detailed audit checklists (aligned with customer and company requirements)
Implement rejection procedures, debit note tracking, and supplier accountability mechanisms Drive CAPA closure mechanisms with strict timelines Ensure Minutes of Meetings (MoM) are documented and circulated after every supplier audit and rejection event
