As a customer marketing leader with a product-led growth mindset, you will play a crucial role in driving meaningful impact by blending creativity, content strategy, and automation. Your focus will be on shaping go-to-market programs and building lifecycle campaigns for a cloud platform like Cisco Spaces. With your expertise gained from working at a B2B SaaS company, you will simplify complex products, making them easy to understand and adopt. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and delivering engaging customer marketing programs to drive scaled adoption and long-term value. - Leading lifecycle engagement initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, and knowledge hubs to educate customers on high-impact product use cases. - Improving in-product experience through contextual touchpoints to guide self-serve adoption. - Analyzing customer behavior, identifying drop-off points, and creating targeted interventions to enhance engagement. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate features into compelling customer-facing narratives and adoption campaigns. - Implementing automated communications across channels to support onboarding, feature discovery, and product-led growth. - Tracking and reporting success metrics to refine lifecycle programs continually. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4-6 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing at a B2B SaaS company. You should also possess strong content strategy skills, familiarity with automation tools like HubSpot, and the ability to leverage product usage data for user segmentation and campaign decisions.
