Job Description

You will be working as a Customer Support Executive for our client located in Noida. The position offers a salary ranging from 20,000 to 28,000 per month and is open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates. As a Customer Support Executive, your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interactions, as well as maintaining and updating data in Excel sheets for day-to-day operations. You will also be required to coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and issue resolution, along with managing documentation and follow-ups related to customer handling. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills in both Hindi and English. Additionally, knowledge of MS Excel for tasks such as data entry and basic formulas is essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle customers politely and professionally, along with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
