About the Role
Join our Customer Engineering team building AI for the worlds biggest brands. As an L1/L2 Customer Engineer, youll be hands-on building, crafting, and optimizing GenerativeAgent implementations. Our best Customer Engineers are relentless problem-solvers who know how to navigate the power of GenerativeAI to deliver real outcomes.
Youll take an entrepreneurial approach to customer outcomes doing whatever it takes to help customers get massive value from our GenerativeAgent. Working with senior Customer Engineers, youll dig into customer workflows and business problems, crafting AI solutions that scale to millions of users. Youll shape solutions as much as build them.
In This Role, You Will
- Craft AI agent tasks focused on customer workflows, pain points, and business goals
- Wire up enterprise systems through APIs and knowledge bases to unlock business value
- Run tight feedback loops with customers through testing and optimization
- Write and refine prompts with an experimental, goal-oriented mindset for accuracy and impact
- Work with Engineering and Product teams to influence features based on customer needs
- Drive adoption of new AI capabilities through beta testing and implementation
- Get creative to make customers successful with GenerativeAgent
Your Background Looks Something Like This
- Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Math preferred) or equivalent experience
- Strong technical skills with ability to quickly learn complex AI/ML systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action and customer success
- Good communication skills for customer-facing technical discussions
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where you help shape solutions
Even Better
- Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, or conversational AI technologies
- Background in APIs, system integrations, or enterprise software configuration
- Interest in product management or engineering career paths
