Role Overview:

Curriculum Developer

Key Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in curriculum development, academic content creation, or related roles, ideally with a focus on global English exam preparation.
Language Expertise:
Strong command of English language and knowledge of linguistic challenges unique to Indian learners.
Exam Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of global language proficiency exams (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc.), including formats, scoring, and preparation strategies.

Instructional Design Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD degree in English, Linguistics, Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Additional certification or training in curriculum design, instructional design, or assessment development is an advantage.
Prior experience or training related to global exam preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, CELPIP) is highly desirable.
