Role & Responsibility: Cyber Security Strategy and Governance

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology and Governance:

  Strong understanding of technology, IT, and governance aspects from a Cyber Security perspective.

• Gap Assessment:

  Perform gap assessments on organizations' Cyber Security landscapes to prevent cyber security threats.

• Framework Implementation:

  Design, develop, implement, and maintain information security frameworks aligned with standards like ISO 27001:2022.

• End-to-End Management:

  Manage end-to-end Information Security and Cyber Security for organizations.

• Risk Assessment:

  Conduct risk assessments from Cyber Security, Business Continuity, and Privacy perspectives.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Assist with regulatory compliance in key sectors including Telecom, BFSI, Oil and Gas, IT/ITeS, Retail, and others.

• Policy Development:

  Develop and document information security/cyber security policies and procedures.

• International Standards:

  Exposure to international standards like NIST, CIS 20, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000, PCI-DSS, and certifications like CISA, CISSP, CIPP, CIPM.

• Cyber Strategy Alignment:

  Align organizational strategy with cyber strategy and develop cyber strategy roadmaps.

• Maturity Assessment:

  Perform maturity assessments for cyber setups and recommend roadmaps for strengthening cyber security posture.

• Team Management:

  Experience in working in teams and managing internal and external stakeholders.

• Cloud Security-

  knowledge on cloud security.

Sales and Consulting Experience:

• Sales in Cyber Security:

  Experience in sales within the cyber security domain.

• Proposal and RFP Creation:

  Experience in creating proposals and responding to RFPs.

• Consulting:

  Consulting experience in cyber security strategy and governance.

Innovation and Growth:

• Drive profitable growth through the execution of the strategy and the strengthening of the cyber security practice.
• Bring the cyber security practice to life to achieve sales and commercial opportunities in a collaborative ecosystem and follow through with support for cost-effective high-quality execution.

Client Relationship Management:

• Establish and sustain long-term profitable client relationships that drive value creation, delivery excellence, and a positive client work environment.
• Lead the client lifecycle from initial contact through delivery.
• Manage client expectations and satisfaction, acting as an advisor and partner to the client.
• Work with clients to minimize delivery disruptions and effectively manage client urgencies.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Continuously improve solutions, services, or processes through incremental or breakthrough improvements.
• Design, develop, and implement business strategies for clients to adopt new and innovative approaches.

Criteria

• Education:

  60% and above throughout academics.

• Course:

  B.E./B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech/MBA degree or equivalent.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 8 years in relevant fields
