Job Summary:

CRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM system solutions.
  • Design, configure, and customize CRM applications (e.g.,

    Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or SAP CRM

    ).
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to develop CRM workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • Conduct

    gap analysis

    , recommend system enhancements, and support CRM roadmap development.
  • Manage

    CRM implementation projects

    end-to-end from discovery and design through testing and deployment.
  • Create

    reports, dashboards, and KPIs

    for sales, marketing, and customer service performance tracking.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR).
  • Train end-users and provide post-implementation support and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including

    marketing, sales, customer support, and IT

  • Stay up to date with CRM platform updates, new features, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 37 years of experience implementing or managing CRM systems.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one leading CRM platform:
    • Salesforce CRM

      (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud)
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

    • HubSpot CRM

    • Zoho CRM

    • SAP CRM

  • Strong understanding of

    sales, marketing, and customer service processes

  • Experience in

    workflow automation

    data migration

    system integration

    using APIs or middleware.
  • Proficiency in

    CRM reporting and analytics tools

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
