Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our services
• Maintain a follow-up tracker and update client responses
• Maintain daily call logs and prepare basic reports
• Ensure excellent customer service and build rapport with clients

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed MBA (Marketing or HR specialization preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking in Hindi, English, and Marathi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• A confident, polite, and positive attitude over the phone
